Roundtable Discussions
As part of the winter meeting of the Industrial Advisory Board, roundtable discussions are scheduled with representatives of instrument manufacturers and academic experts. IAB members learn more about a new or evolving technology and determine whether BITC may want to play a role in enabling, testing or refining a technology. Instrument manufacturers can listen to the collective wishes of some of their most important customers. If it appears that a technology would benefit from a project in BITC, the academic experts can help refine what the project would entail and a request for proposals will be issued.
